The World Asthma Day is held annually on the first Tuesday in May. This year it landed on May 4th, so the children’s charity organization VildaKidz asked if Nordic Garrison would join them in doing the Asthma Jump Challenge.

Want to try the challenge yourself? Breathe through a straw, pinch your nose and do 20 jumps (or however many you can do). This simulates what an asthma attack feels like.
